How to participate
In order to be admitted as an exhibitor company at the event, download the participation request form which must be completed in full. In addition to completing the request, a down payment must be made in the amount of 30% + VAT by money transfer or check (see participation request form). The contract may be considered valid only upon receipt of written confirmation from the Organizer.
We remind you that it is essential to send in the Catalogue form for (free) inclusion of exhibitor data in the event catalogue.
Set up and breakdown dates may undergo variation. The hours and regulations regarding set up and breakdown will follow with the services handbook.
